Special Laugh , Move, Release and Relax in this Special extended  Laughter Yoga and Gong Bath Meditation

A fun yet very effective process with incredible results. Instant mood lift, powerful stress release, healing and deeply relaxing meditation.

Around 50 minutes of Laughter and Movement followed by around a 45 minute Gong Bath and a little time for sharing at the end.

It’s powerful, fun, good exercise, a workout for mind, body and soul.

No experience necessary. The Gongs do all the work. All that is required is a willingness to accept and receive.  Just bring a mat, blanket and cushion, whatever you need to be comfy, cozy and warm.

Laughter Yoga:  It felt like I had just released 3-4 years of laughter after a very tough few years with not much to laugh about.

We really can forget how to laugh!! Imagine that feeling of Catharsis which is very possible during the laughter meditation.

Gong Bath: Thank you very much for a great intro to soundbaths – I did enjoy it very much. I felt all the instruments intensely and every single one was beautiful in its own right and brought out different sensations – very cool.  Thank you again for a great first time experience. (from Eva a Gong newbie )

People who have undergone major surgery should wait at least three months before doing Laughter Yoga.

If in doubt first consult a medical professional for guidance. Anyone undergoing physician-prescribed therapy that experiences improvements through laughter should seek the advice of their doctor before reducing dosage or stopping treatment.
