I am delighted to be offering more gong bath meditation in my local area in Bushey Heath Hertfordshire which is next door to Stanmore in NW London.

I have just secured a fabulous space for our soothing Sunday gong bath in Bushey Heath. To start this will be a monthly offering with the first dates as follow: I can’t imagine a better way to end a long week. This will definitely help you to be refreshed and re-energised for the week ahead. A soothing experience for mind, body and soul! Also we are on Fridays once or twice a month on the High Road in Bushey Heath at St Andrews Church Hall.

Odette has been playing gongs for 8 years and trained with the very best teachers worldwide. She has been working with other holistic therapies for well over a decade. Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, laughter yoga teacher, Reiki master and Happiness facilitator. A fully insured professional. She works with both members of the public with her public events and privately with organisations from all sectors including worldwide corporations.

Pure relaxation, and beautiful space to be in, possibly see colours or visions. A special and incredible Healing experience. Different for everyone, and even different each time!!

Fantastic for stress relief, relaxation, insomnia and more. Many people report back as having had ‘the best night’s sleep’ after having attended.

No experience necessary. The Gongs and other instruments do all the work. All that is required is a willingness to accept and receive.

What to Bring

Please bring all you need for comfort and warmth, mat/blanket and optional eye mask.  In light of the coronavirus ( covid-19) please bring all you require for comfort and warmth. We will not be lending out mats/blanket or eye-masks. This is important for your comfort, warmth and protection.   

Coronavirus update.  For obvious reasons please do not attend if you have any cough/cold/flu like symptoms. Also bring your own camping/yoga mat/blanket ( or sleeping bag)  and optional eye mask. (we will not be lending out mats/blankets until further notice)  There will be less tickets for sale per gong bath so we will allow more space for everyone.  Until further notice on door tickets will be sold at the same as web tickets although only booking online will secure you a space!  Our usual refund policy remains the same!

Important re: arrivals

Ideally please arrive for 3.55pm which will give you ample time to register, settle in, take a few deep breaths allowing for a gentle transition from your journey to the gong space. We will observe a silence before the start.

Please do not arrive earlier than 3.50pm as we are prepping the room or later than 3.55pm as we require at least 5 minutes to register you in and settle down, let go of your journey and be in the best possible space to enter the gong space.  The first strike of the Gong is at 4pm with a 5pm finish. Please DO NOT BUZZ if you arrive late, you will not get in and you will disturb the session. See our refund policy below. (no refunds for late comers or no shows)

Facilitator:  Odette Kurland is a Gong Healer Practitioner, Reiki Master and Meditation Facilitator. Laughter Yoga Teacher/Trainer and Happiness faciliator. She has trained with various Gong teachers including Don Conreaux, Abby delSol, Tom Soltran and Sheila Whittaker.

Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to unstable nature of any pregnancy during this first trimester)
– Tinnitus/Menieres/Epilepsy – any condition which is ‘sound sensitive’ or could be triggered by sound
– Metal Implants/pins/screws/pacemaker etc (can resonate the metal and also change rhythm of pacemaker)
Mental health condition (anyone with a serious Mental Health condition)

Spaces are very limited for this small cosy space so book super early! We are on the first floor but take the lift!! Lots of steps, feels more like 3rd floor!

Please note I have an earlier gong bath before yours so please DO NOT BUZZ before 7.30pm as this will disturb the event in progress.  If you do manage to gain entry to the building early when someone is leaving, please be silent as to not disturb the event in progress. Please arrive no later than 7.35pm allowing time to register and get comfortable ready for a prompt 7.40pm first strike of the gong.

Buzz the pophub buzzer to gain entry, take the lift to the first floor. I do not recommend the stairs as although it is first floor, there are lots of levels to get there!

It’s like a safe, healthy, Alternative High for some, a creativity boost, a total release of stress, or just a release from your usual busy head space. Pure relaxation, and beautiful space to be in , possibly see colours or visions. A special and incredible Healing experience. Different for everyone, and even different each time!!

Fantastic for stress relief, relaxation, insomnia and more. Many people report back as having had ‘the best night’s sleep’ after having attended.

What to Bring

Please bring Mat, Blanket and a cushion if you like plus Water. This is important for your comfort and warmth. Your comfort and warmth is key! 

If you need a Mat I have just a few at the venue and they can be reserved in advance on a first come basis.

Important re: arrivals

Ideally please arrive for 6.20pm which will give you ample time to register, settle in, take a few deep breaths allowing for a gentle transition from your journey to the gong space. We will observe a silence before the start.

Please do not arrive earlier than 6.15pm as we are prepping the room or later than 6.25pm as we require at least 5 minutes to register you in and settle down, let go of your journey and be in the best possible space to enter the gong space. Just after 6.25pm we will open the door to see if anyone is there, let them in and lock the door.  DO NOT BUZZ, you will not get in and you will disturb the session. See our refund policy below. (no refunds for late comers or no shows)

Facilitator:  Odette Kurland is a Gong Healer Practitioner, Reiki Master and Meditation Facilitator. Laughter Yoga Teacher/Trainer and Happiness faciliator. She has trained with various Gong teachers including Don Conreaux, Abby delSol, Tom Soltran and Sheila Whittaker.

Precautions
Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to unstable nature of any pregnancy during this first trimester)
– Tinnitus/Menieres/Epilepsy – any condition which is ‘sound sensitive’ or could be triggered by sound
– Metal Implants/pins/screws/pacemaker etc (can resonate the metal and also change rhythm of pacemaker)
Mental health condition (anyone with a serious Mental Health condition)

Sorry no refunds. However if you can no longer make it, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please informs us by email in advance of the name change for our register.  Please note due to the nature of the event, late admittance is not an option and Please PLEASE do not buzz if you are late as you will not get in and it will disturb those who have arrived on time/early.

After work Release, Relax, Recharge and Rejuvenate with a healing gong and sound journey in the heart of London’s West end. Just a few minutes from London Leicester Square and Piccadilly tube station.

Spaces are very limited for this small cosy space so book super early! We are on the first floor but take the lift!! Lots of steps, feels more like 3rd floor!

No experience necessary. The Gongs and other instruments do all the work. All that is required is a willingness to accept and receive.

What to Bring

Please bring a nice warm blanket or sleeping bag plus a cushion if you like. This is important for your comfort and warmth.  We have yoga mats at the venue but feel free to bring your own. I recommend an extra layer of warmth in the Winter months.

VERY Important re: arrivals

Please note I have an earlier gong bath before yours so please DO NOT BUZZ before 7.30pm as this will disturb the event in progress.  If you do manage to gain entry to the building early when someone is leaving, please be silent as to not disturb the event in progress. Please arrive no later than 7.35pm allowing time to register and get comfortable ready for a prompt 7.40pm first strike of the gong.

Buzz the pophub buzzer to gain entry, take the lift to the first floor. I do not recommend the stairs as although it is first floor, there are lots of levels to get there! 

Gong Bath starts promptly and late admission is not an option. Please do not buzz if late.  No cancellations or refunds for non or late attendance. No exchanges, your ticket is only for the date and time that you have booked.
