This event has been inspired by Odette’s laughter yoga, happiness and meditation practice. Odette is highly experienced in working to help her clients with techniques that help to lift moods, build confidence, expanding comfort zones and releasing stress. This dynamic meditation is a fusion of her therapeutic laughter and meditation practices.
Odette Kurland – Happiness Facilitator, Laughter Yoga Teacher/Trainer, Natural Laughter Skills Facilitator, Gibberish Coach, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master and Gong Meditation Facilitator.
You will need to be fit and healthy for aerobic exercise to take part in this session as there will be movement and a rise in intra-abdominal pressure so it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are not sure if this is a safe activity for you, please seek medical advice from specialists.
This is not a suitable activity for you if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, Epilepsy, schizophrenia, Hyper mania (manic part of bipolar depression), undergone major surgery within the last three months. Upon entering the zoom room, you will be in a waiting room. Your name on zoom must match your payment name as only those who have booked and paid will gain entry to the class. Once you have booked I will send you the zoom room link and password.
Also this event is only open to those with a working camera so Camera On!
